In the interests of improved delivery SAMRO will be undergoing system improvements for the period of 17th to 27th November 2017, within the latter period members will not have access to the portal to access any of the following main functions:
- Member registrations
- Submitting notifications
- Viewing notification
All submitted notifications and other updates will only be processed after the system improvement date.
Members are welcome to still interact with SAMRO via the Call Centre or Contact Centre, however the SAMRO consultant will have limited access, and only assist in validations of what is already captured on the SAMRO systems and will not have the ability to update any member records.
