We trust that you are keeping safe during these difficult times. As the Corona Virus continues to impact the world, and creatives are beginning to recover from the pandemic, SAMRO has been trying by all means possible to find ways to assist members. We have started a process of updating our database and making sure that we
have all the necessary documentation needed to effectively distribute royalties.
Kindly follow the link (PO MEMBER LIST.pdf (samro.org.za)) to check if your name appears on the list so that the retained funds can be paid, and once you have identified your name please complete the attached Banking Details Update Form and return the following documents:
1. Completed banking details update form
2. Stamped bank statement not older than 6 months
3. Proof of residence not older than 6 months
4. Certified ID copy not older than 6 months
Please complete and send all the required documents to bank@samro.org.za. For your ease of reference, please use PO UPDATES as your subject on your email when sending
the documentation.
If your name is not on the list, then there is no need to send SAMRO your updated banking details and its associated documents
